Why and how are the sessions assigned?
Numbers, safety and timely workouts dictate that we spread out the number of lifters in the room during any given period of the day.  Optimum number is 40 with a cap of 50 per session.  Every attempt will be made to accommodate needs of the students in scheduling.  Enrollment form must be completed indicating special situation & prioritizing sessions from 1 thru 5.  Students will be expected to attend sessions assigned and will need to leave the weight room at the end of their session.

Weight room staff must approve exceptions.
Schedules for the summer will be posted at the High School, Southview & Northview the week of May 20th. Direct Questions to Mark Becker(mark.becker@ankenyschools.org)
