ANKENY 9TH - 12TH GRADE VOLLEYBALL CAMP

Ankeny Volleyball Coach Dave Whims and his coaches are sponsoring camps this summer. Participants should wear normal gym clothes and camp will focus on instruction and the fundamentals of the game. Participants will receive a camp T-shirt and may purchase a camp volleyball. The purpose of the 6, 7 and 8th grade camps is to improve the skills of each girl by enhancing strengths and correcting weaknesses. The basic rules and strategies of the game will be taught along with the skills of the game, including passing, setting, spiking, digging and blocking.
