ANKENY WRESTLING CAMP
AHS Varsity Wrestling Coach Jack Wignall will be offering a summer wrestling camp for boys entering grades K-8th. Every wrestler will receive a camp T shirt. A takedown tournament will be held on the last day of camp. All wrestlers should bring a sack lunch and drink. There will be a 1-hour lunch break at noon.

ANKENY CENTENNIAL SUMMER WRESTLING SKILL SESSIONS
Centennial High School wrestling coach Jay Groth, his staff are running skill sessions all summer long. These sessions will focus on development of technique and skills necessary to be successful and competitive. Sessions will run from 5pm to 6:30pm on Tuesday and Thursday nights during the months of June and July. This camp is open to all students entering grades 6th-12th. Each session will include large group technical instruction, individual skill development, Folkstyle, Freestyle and Greco technique, live wrestling and wrestling related games. These days are subject to change due to out of state summer camps and freestyle and Greco tournaments. Campers will be notfied via text message, emails and tweets of any changes.

ANKENY CENTENNIAL WRESTLING CAMP
Centennial High School wrestling coach Jay Groth, his staff and several outstanding college wrestlers will be offering a wrestling camp for ages K-12 this summer. This camp is open to ANYONE who wants to sign up. The camp will be June 9th - June 12th, 10am-3pm. The camp will focus on developing skills and technique for wrestlers of all levels. The camp will also offer wrestling related games and a tournament on the last day. The camp will run from 10am-12pm then have a one hour lunch break with workouts resuming at 1pm until 3pm. Have campers pack food and drink for the lunch breaks.
