Ankeny Sports Booster Club, the Ankeny Community School District, or its appointed staff are not responsible in case of accident/injury or loss as a result of participation in these activities. Ankeny Sports Booster Club and Ankeny Community Schools DO NOT carry accident/health insurance to cover participants or spectators in any program. Refunds will only be given up to the first day of a program. After that, no refunds will be given except in the event of unforeseen medical reasons or program cancellations/postponements.
